Ty Ellis has spent the past 19 years in basketball as a professional player and coach at the International, NBA G-league, NBA, and USA basketball levels. Ty is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Ellis Performance Group, a performance consulting company specializing in growth mindset, leadership, and empowerment. As a speaker, Ty is frequently invited to share his inspiring story to motivate and empower people into action. He speaks to various companies, non- profits, and universities to serve as a conduit to personal and professional success. Ty also served on the NBA G-League competition committee as an advisor to help improve the league and its players. Ty has been invited to consult, facilitate, and lead within the NCAA, NBA, and internationally. Ty is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Master’s Degree in Education.

Ericka Ellis, once an abused foster child and college dropout, chose to become a victor instead of a victim. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management in Communications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She went on to become a two time Published Author, Award Winning Philanthropist, Speaker & Life Performance Strategist known as, "The Fire Starter," who reignites women back to their faith, identity and purpose. Additionally, as a Fire Starter, she breaks the mental barriers that interfere with one’s performance and productivity through her SPARK Method, which results in more positive can-do attitudes, higher levels of productivity, greater performance and happiness. Ericka also founded her non-profit, “Think.Love.Smart,” with a mission to, “Move Foster Girls Forward,” as an advocate for foster youth. She and her husband co- founded, The Ellis Performance Group. She’s been featured on ABC, CBS, D Magazine & Dallas Weekly, to name a few. Ericka has been recognized as ‘Texan With Character’ by CBS and named ‘Person of Excellence of the Year,” and “Top 8 Influencers of Dallas,” for her work in the community.
